Our 200% Buyer Guarantee

Front Row Seats LLC is confident that you will receive the event tickets we charged you for at the price you agreed to pay. We cover all our transactions by a 200% Guarantee. If the tickets you purchased are not 100% legitimate or the exact same tickets or better* than those stated on our invoice, we will refund 100% of your purchase price or replace your tickets with tickets equal to or better than the ones you originally purchased.

Your tickets will be delivered to the billing address you provide; most tickets are shipped via Federal Express. We guarantee that the tickets will be shipped to you in sufficient time so that at least one delivery attempt will be made before the event occurs.

You will receive the exact tickets you paid for, or you will get an upgrade free

If you do not receive the exact tickets you ordered, Front Row Seats LLC guarantees that replacement tickets will be of equal or greater value than the tickets originally requested.

The tickets are guaranteed to be 100% real

Unless otherwise noted as part of the ticket description, any tickets you buy from Front Row Seats LLC are guaranteed to be authentic tickets, valid for entry to the event. If you are denied admission by the venue, Front Row Seats LLC will investigate the incident and will refund the full cost of tickets, including shipping and service fees, if we find that the mistake was ours.

Complete refund if event is canceled

If event is permanently cancelled, Front Row Seats LLC will coordinate with the selling broker to provide you with a full refund of the ticket price, including any service fees.

*Better is defined as a lower row in the same section or a similar row in a more centrally located section. E.g. In baseball it would mean moving closer to home plate; in football closer to the 50 yard line; in basketball and hockey closer to center court; in a concert closer to center stage. Please note: seat numbers reflected on our invoice are not guaranteed.
