With months of NBA action still in store, the Atlanta Hawks have plenty of key matchups left to be played by season's end. This weekend, Josh Smith and company will host the Chicago Bulls, who have managed to stay a dominant force in the East despite the absence of superstar Derrick Rose.
Though Rose's injury woes have left the Bulls without their best player (and one of the best in the league), the 2013 Bulls roster has found a way to play some of their best basketball in recent years. This is largely thanks to the efforts of newcomer Jimmy Butler, as well as team veterans such as Luol Deng and Joakim Noah. Those who scored Atlanta Hawks tickets for this weekend are surely in for a treat, as these two eastern powerhouses always take things right down to the wire.
The Hawks currently stand second in the Southeast Division at 25-19, while the Bulls lead the Central Division at 27-17. This is certainly a major match up for both teams, as they are both in the midst of strong seasons and have had several showdowns in the postseason. Will this be a preview of some playoff action to come? Hawks ticket owners will have to see for themselves this weekend!
