The Braves have clinched their 2020 MLB Playoffs spot! This is the Braves’ third consecutive National League East title, and the 20th overall divisional crown in franchise history. The Braves have won more titles than any other MLB team. The first round of playoffs will be hosted at Truist Park in Atlanta, where the Braves will play the Cincinnati Reds. 2020 MLB Playoffs Format
The format for this year’s playoffs is a bit different. Sixteen teams will participate. While some games will be held at team’s home ballparks, most will be at neutral sites to ensure player and worker safety.
Wild Card Series
The Wild Card round will be a three game series. All games will be played at the higher seed’s home ballpark.
Division Series
The Division Series will be a series of five games. The ALDS will take place at Petco Park in San Diego and at Dodger Stadium in Los Angeles. The NLDS will be held at Globe Life in Arlington and Minute Maid Park in Houston.
League Championship Series
The Championship series will be the best of seven games. The ALCS will take place at Petco Park and the NLCS will take place at Globe Life Field.
World Series
The World Series will be the normal seven game series. It will be held at Globe Life Field.
