• Saturday is the night fans have been waiting for! It’s Chipper Jones Bobblehead Night. The first 20,000 fans through the gates will receive this super popular and rare keepsake. Even better, the bobblehead plays Ozzy Osbourne’s “Crazy Train.”

• The Atlanta Braves will honor Hall of Fame 3B, Chipper Jones before the game. Check out the Chipper Jones Pregame Ceremony before the first pitch is thrown.
• Chipper Jones’ Hall of Fame plaque will be on display from 4:30 pm until 6:30 pm in The Battery Atlanta Plaza! Fans will have an opportunity to see #10’s Hall of Fame plaque and take photos.
• The first 20,000 fans through the gate will receive a Chipper Jones Hall of Fame Replica Plaque at the gate! Arrive early for this limited keepsake.

Sunday, August 12 – 1:35 PM

• Alumni photos are available Sunday before the game. Head down to the warning track to snap a photo with your favorite Braves alumni!

It’s time for the 2018 MLS All-Star game! This year marks the 14th in a row the MLS All-Stars have faced an international team for the match. Previous opponents include Chelsea, Bayern Munich, Tottenham and Real Madrid.

This year’s match will be played against Juventus FC in Atlanta. Fans can not only expect talented players and amazing soccer, but several fun events surrounding the MLS All-Star Match.

MLS All-Stars vs. Juventus FC

MLS All-Stars vs. Juventus– August 1, 7:30 PM at Mercedes Benz Stadium

The Italian club, Juventus FC is this year’s MLS All-star opponent. Atlanta residents are in for a treat, as this epic match full of talented players is being played at Mercedes-Benz Stadium! The MLS All-Star team is comprised players picked from teams across Major League Soccer. These players are the best of the best, representing Major League Soccer’s star athletes.

As for the Italian team, Juventus is also a talented team. The club has won 34 official league titles, 13 Coppa Italia titles, and seven National Super Cups. Additionally, the team boasts two Intercontinental Cups, two European Cups, and one European Winner’s Cup. Needless to say, Juventus is a mighty competitor for the MLS All-Star team.

• 2:30 PM- Parking lots open! Be sure to purchase parking ahead of time, and check your lot details for tailgating rules.
• 3:00 PM- Soccer Celebration: A FREE soccer celebration will take place at International Plaza, with player appearances, prizes, and interactive games!
• 5:30 PM- Gates are open! Fans may enter the stadium for drinks, food, and pregame festivities.
• 6:15 PM- The team arrives! Head to the Front Porch to give the MLS All-Stars a grand welcome.
• 6:20 PM: The Golden Spike arrives and is available for signing.

The Avett Brothers will perform postgame. The American folk rock band is known for hits such as “No Hard Feelings” and “Ain’t No Man.” Concert venues across the nation are constantly packed out for the Avett Brothers shows, and Braves fans are lucky enough to get a free concert!

Game Highlight: Friday Night Fireworks 

Fridays are always special at SunTrust Park. Not only can fans attend a fun Braves game after a long work week, but there is a fantastic fireworks show postgame. Friday Night Fireworks will be in full swing! The pyrotechnic display has been voted the best in the SouthEast. The fireworks are always tuned to some fantastic music as well.

Additionally, the Braves have another sweet deal for fans. To celebrate Hall of Fame Induction weekend, all ticketholders for the July 28th and July 29th game can receive free admission to the National Baseball Hall of Fame and Museum by showing their ticket stubs. For those with mobile tickets, be sure to check in at the ballpark as proof!

Is There a Kid Zone at SunTrust Park?

Hope and Will’s Sandlot is the new, state of the art Kid Zone in SunTrust Park. The fun play area features a zip line, rock climbing wall, carnival games, and much more. There is even a batting cage! To enter the Kid Zone, head to the Home Run Porch area between sections 152 and 155.

Does SunTrust Park offer Kid-friendly Food?

Sandlot Snacks are available for purchase in the Kids Zone located at section 155. These snacks are healthy and kid-friendly. Also, there is a Braves Clubhouse store for Kids in section 152! For those picky tykes, SunTrust Park allows outside food and beverage, as long as it fits in a clear, gallon size container.

Where are the Family Restrooms at SunTrust Park?

There are several family restroom locations. Sections 120, 143, 140, 148, 152, 313, 323, 329 and 346 offer family restrooms. Also, each restroom in SunTrust Park has baby changing tables.

When Can Kids Run the Bases?

Children 14 and under can run the bases at SunTrust Park just like their favorite Braves players. After every Sunday game, kids can line up at the 3rd base ramp at the bottom of the 7th inning for this special activity.

Do Kids Need Tickets?

Children ages two and under do not need a ticket to Braves games, as long as they can sit in the lap of an adult. Children three and up need a ticket to enter the game!

Are Strollers Allowed at the Park?

Fold-up strollers may be stored under seats. Strollers that do not fold may be checked in at guest services at section 111.

Can my Child Bring a Glove

Kids can bring in their own baseball glove to the park. Gloves can also be rented for free at multiple locations.
