Who is Front Row Seats?

Front Row Seats was founded in 1992 and is a licensed ticket broker. We have an A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau and are members of the National Association of Ticket Brokers

Can I buy tickets over the phone?

Yes, you can place orders over the phone with our friendly staff at (404) 633-2726

Are the seats together?

Yes, all seats will be together, side-by-side, unless otherwise noted. 

How do I redeem a promo code?

1. Buy your tickets. You can review your order before it's final. 
2. On the checkout page, select Have a gift card or promo code and enter your code. 
3. The savings will automatically be deducted from your order total.  

Do orders ship the same day?

Yes, if ordered by 5:00 pm EST, most tickets, if in-stock, will ship the same business day. E-Tickets will usually be delivered within one business day, sometimes sooner.  

What factors influence the ticket prices?

Secondary ticket prices are dynamic. Some events are more popular than others and prices change periodically. Sometimes, seats are sold below face value. Or, if tickets are more difficult to obtain, secondary ticket prices are usually priced above face value. Tickets to sold-out shows are regularly available on the secondary ticket market.  

Are there any guarantees?

Yes! Once your order is confirmed, we guarantee your tickets will be authentic and arrive in time for the event. For additional information, read more about our 200% Guarantee.

Is my order refundable?

We are only able to issue refunds for events that are officially cancelled by the venue, team, or performer and not rescheduled. Otherwise, all sales are final.  

Is Front Row Seats affiliated with any events?

Front Row Seats is an independent reseller and is not affiliated with the events, teams, venues or entertainers.  

The name on the tickets is not mine, will that be an issue? 

No. The name on the tickets does not matter as the venue will only scan the barcodes on the tickets. The name on the ticket is entered by the original purchaser and is has no bearing on you being admitted into the venue. If you'd like us to change the name on the seats then please contact us.  

I can only print the tickets in black and white, is that okay? 

Yes. It does not matter if your tickets are printed in color, or if they are in black and white. The tickets must be printed clearly - especially the barcodes on the tickets.  

You did not receive your tickets. Now what?
